Miss Virginia's Empower Academy program is a non-competitive pageant modeled after the Miss America's Teen program.

All Empower Academy participants will

Participate in workshops that provide skills to be successful in the Miss America's Teen program

Practice their interview skills

Showcase their talent, evening gown, and lifestyle/fitness

Be directly involved in the 2023 Miss Virginia pageant

Be featured on the Miss Virginia stage in a fabulous production
